Mmkay, we could all use a little extra self-care right now, right?? 😌💕 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here's the honest-to-goodness number one thing that has been helping me keep my sanity AND fill my days with acts of self-love: ROUTINES 🙌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Truly, y'all. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✨ Routines help us cultivate a sense of normalcy, peace, and certainty within our day. ✨ And when the world is SO very uncertain, we could all use a little daily dose of calm in the chaos. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A few routines I've recently implemented to give my day a little perk?
